"Overall the stay was pleasant. Staff at front desk was exceptional. Daily in room clean up was good on the first two days and not too hot the third day. Ground seemed a bit dirty. Bag of trash outside my room sat there for two days before it was picked up (Target bag someone left) and hallway floors needed to be cleaned. But I would recommend this location without hesitation. "

"This hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff however it’s pretty outdated. The flooring in the room on ground floor was very hard and uneven in many places. This hotel has great potential it truly just needs some love and a facelift. The water park is awesome but also outdated. "

"The parking garage was hard to get to ,dark and in the basement. It did not feel like a luxurious hotel parking garage. As a guest of the hotel, I should be allowed to park in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel. "

"Most of the rooms have been updated and the public grounds are very well maintained. Look for the cactus garden in back. It is a surprise and thoroughly unique. The new paddle board courts are very well used. The basketball court looks new as well. The public barbeque grills are cleaned daily. The kitchen is well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower is large and has a unique fixture. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back."
