"Estadia maravilhosa"

"Tout est très bien sauf le jus d'orange frais le matin qui manque pour un 4 étoiles (ce qui est proposé est très sucré et pas naturel). Pour ce mois de novembre la piscine pour tout petit n'est pas chauffée, c'est un gros manque malheureusement car il n'y a pas de piscine intérieure et une des piscines est chauffée mais n'est pas adaptée au tout petit. Le restaurant italien manque de savoir faire italien (les plats proposés sont plutôt une variante à la marociane ... tiramisu, minestrone etc...)...

"Check in was very easy, special thank to Mr Ramy front office who organized the rooms the day before we arrived and made all rooms in the same building and he was helpful in every thing and doing the best to make our vacation awesome until check out. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Zayan who follow my reservation from the beginning by phone Shuttle bus was every 10 minutes to reach Aqua area and beach Aqua is amazing about 8 working slides plus children aqua and lazy river The beach is sandy...

"Very friendly, great staff. Food good quality and variety. Rooms clean and well appointed. Fully inclusive so have what you want when you want. For snacks would recommend the pizza and burgers- all freshly made. For the younger at heart, plenty to entertain you. "
