"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "

"Resort estremamente pulito confortevole , buoni ristoranti con estrema disponibilità del personale Ristorante italiano basilico buono ma ...e a noi la colazione li non è piaciuta assolutamente Piscina con acqua riscaldata che a gennaio va molto bene. Animazione non stressante presente ma veramente molto soft. Spettacoli alla sera carini ma veramente apprezzati i cantanti e suonatori di chitarra e violino durante tutti i pasti . Purtroppo una nota un pochino dolente è la spiaggia piccola...

"Everyone at front desk was very helpful, helping with directions, Abdel suggested places around to dine. Hussein in the kitchen was super nice. The location was great, steps away from the square and very convenient for pickup during day trips. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, we would definitely recommend this Riad."

"Une équipe au top ! Tout est fait pour nous faire plaisir, toute l’équipe est adorable. Nous avons diné au Riad tous les soirs de notre séjour, et Youness, le manager de l’hôtel, a fait son possible pour varier les tajines. L’hôtel est bien situé car au cœur de la médina, ce qui est très pratique. Seul petit bémol, il n’est pas très bien isolé sur le plan phonique (on entend les personnes dans la chambre voisine et la sonnette pour entrer dans le Riad). Merci à toute l’équipe !"
