"È un Hotel sito in un edificio storico ricco di storia, a parer mio affascinante, ha un ingresso sontuoso ma la mia camera (116) non era lussuosa come una 5 stelle, ma dopotutto nemmeno il prezzo che si paga è da 5 stelle! E soprattutto gli standard di Amsterdam non sono alti. Il minibar è open e riforniscono ogni giorno, cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero. la spa ha tre saune un bagno turco una vasca idromassaggio e una piccola piscina con acqua tiepida. "Great location. Walking distance to many sites. Public transportation is right out front for quicker access. Lots of shopping and food choices. Close to the central station but not too close. Nice to have the wine hour before dinner. Hot chocolate in the lobby was nice as well "

"Agréable séjour, mais bémol pour les bains à remou qui font un bruit énorme pendant 2-3 minutes et qui donc s’entendent à travers les chambres. Également, le lit est très mou, nous nous attendions pas à ça. Concernant les serviettes elles étaient changées tous les jours lorsque nous partions avant 11h, pour les draps seulement un jour sur les 5, malgré de la saleté dessus. Très belle vue de la chambre."

"Très belle hôtel, personnel agréable. Mais hélas nous avons dû écourter notre séjour car pas de place dans le parking de l’hôtel du coup j’ai stationné ma voiture dans une rue en face et on m’a cassé mes deux vitres à l’avant. L’hôtel aurait dû préciser de ne pas ce stationner là car ils n’avaient pas l’air étonné quand on leur a dit. Et à la police ils nous ont dit qu’on était pas les seuls ! Bref dommage ça a gâché notre séjour. "

"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see. "

"Spend Christmas 🎄 in Amsterdam visit our son who lives across the park infact our room looked on to his house the hotel is in a great location for transportation in and out of the city center also about 30 minute walk hotel rooms are amazing the staff also rooms have great views breakfast amazing loddy is nice also rooftop bar also very nice brilliant choice from Scotland "
