"Love this place been going there for the past twenty years"

"This was a great hotel in the middle of everything in San Jose. The rooms were clean, although the one we stayed in did have a musty smell. The breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Parking was easy. The area around the hotel was good. This is the middle of a huge city, so there are always big city issues. We would stay at this hotel again."

"I think the one lady with the glasses who works in the morning shift. Her personality isn't very friendly . She never smiles and has a very dull approach which is pleasant. Otherwise the staff is good."

"Hands down the best place we could have landed after stressful theft which required us to be at the U.S. Embassy at 7am. Jorge at the front desk was our savior, a calm presence who helped print all our paperwork and just be a kind heart in the face of difficult circumstances. This is a budget hotel so certainly not luxe but everything was fine. Bed comfortable enough, good a/c, coffee in room and full breakfast included, free secure parking. Only negative was water never really gets hot but...
