"Hi , The stay at the property has been terrible. There were multiple issues that we faced during out stay at the property. 1. Nowhere on the property's page it is mentioned that outside liquor is not allowed. When we arrived at the property they said it is mentioned. I later found it is mentioned that Outside food is not permitted. I was carrying 2 bottles of alcohol, they said if you want us to permit the same you will have to pay INR500 per bottle and then only we will allow you to carry...

"Das Zimmer, immerhin Deluxe, war ranzig, abgewohnt und ohne Fenster nach draussen!!!! Fenster ging zu einem Aufzugslichthof! Das Bad war in schlechtem Zustand, die Schläuche angeranzt, schimmelig, der Abfuss stank und der Abfluss vom Waschbecken ging in einen Bodenablauf und machte ständig Gluckergeräusche. Keine Empfehlung"

"the place is ok. the staff is nice and will get you most things on request. though the issue of english can be slightly challening -also at the front dest. overall the place is nice and clean enough, though the bedding seems a but worn... also, the website still says there is a restaurant facility. this is not the case. you can order food to your room., but there is no place for you to stay/sit outside the room."

"While I booked this Hotel, it displayed free airport transfer. After booking, I called the Hotel Front Desk and asked to arrange the free airport shuttle. The front desk staff confirmed the arrangement of airport pick up. However, after arriving at the Hotel, the front desk staff collected more than the double the regular taxi fare from me. The hot water was not working, even after reporting to the front desk staff. Then after waiting for 2 hours, they allowed us to take shower in another...
