"From the start to finish of our 3 nights stay, in one of the treehouses, the whole experience was exceptional in our travels around NZ over the last month. Friendly, kind interested and caring well beyond expectation. Rooms supremely comfortable, food varied each night and delicious. Breakfast and lunch offered with grace and pleasure also. Good place for quiet time but close to whale watching trips . Even its own helipad for trips to mountains and sea.! Don’t miss this gem."

"This was a great place to stay for one night on our drive up to Nelson. The only thing that let it down for us is that the unit we had was an upstairs one fronting the road and was very noisy - especially with trucks traveling up and down the road all through the night (and some inconsiderate drivers using their engine brakes)."

"We arrived 10mins after checkin and could not get in contact with the “after hours manager” we sat around waiting for an hour calling the provided numbers, and found him lighting the fireplace. Kitchen was nice hot tub was great. They have large TV and lounge area on both levels. Hopefully next time there will be better communication "

"This property is located directly on a golf course but it is very much out of the way of town with no restaurants nearby. The property had limited staffed hours for guests- closed at 5pm and reopened at 9am. The room was very nice and they left some breakfast items in the fridge for toast and cereal. The staff was very friendly when available. There was a pond right in front of our room and we enjoyed watching a goose family with their 9 checks enjoy the water. If you want to get out of the...
