"Like this hotel very much, room was clean and very comfy, though the area might be too busy all the time, we all enjoyed the vibe and the food around. Very convenient to get to metro/train station and shopping. Coffee, tea and fridge in the room. "

"They give us new towels every day, as well as the robe for the hot spa. Also daily toiletries. Its not too far from the main city. I love that they have the hot spa inside the building for guest to use. Lots of mom and pop restaurants in the surrounding area. Its about 10 mins taxi ride to the main city. "

"Staff were 10/10!! Very helpful and go above and beyond. The only thing we didn’t love was the cleanliness of everything, which was surprising given Japan’s usual high standards. We were staying for a month and had to ask for our room to be vacuumed (it looked like it hadn’t been done when we first checked in). Lots of dust and hair from previous guests around the room as well. Other than that, enjoyable stay. "

"We definitely love the breakfast food, it was mix of western & japanese food. We also like how the streets are walkable even at night. There are also free toiletries that are available to you. The rooms are small, but my husband and I didn’t have any problems about it. We had 2 carry on luggages and 2 backpacks. We just put our carry on under the bed. There’s also enough power outlets for your electronics. "
