"Second stay at the hotel for the Super Bowl which was hosted downstairs in the Shark Bar. Comfortable stay. Only snags were that reception had me down for a Standard room when I paid for a Studio with sofa bed. I had to trawl my emails to prove my payment amount was more than they said. Also shower pipe from wall to head was spraying water out and tap fell off when turning it! "

"The rooms were a good size and pretty clean. The bar/restaurant staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, just a quick walk over to town. It was nice and quiet and we had great views of the river as well. "

"Very central; right between the Central Station and the Castle. You can walk everywhere in the city centre. Very calm though, once you're in your room you don't hear very much from the outside. Rooms rather small and somewhat basic, but practical and with comfortable bed. Small but very good breakfast buffet!"

"Apart from the noise from the bin wagon at 2.30 in the morning emptying the bottle bin 3 times it was great. "
