No where on the property details did it list the fact the hot tub was a surcharge, there were no signs in the hotel and I was not told at checkin. "One thing - if you use Google maps it will take you up a tiny street you cannot turn around in. I dropped off my partner and then was committed to a very slow 20 minute drive through small alleyways with pedestrians to find the way out and parking. It was just a 6-minute walk downhill back to the hotel but still kind of a stressful experience. Not the hotel's fault... Hotel and rooms are awesome. Just don't drive to the front door."

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. "Pra que vem com mala pesada tem um piso de escada, o quarto é pequeno mas atende bem. Poucos canais na TV. Banheiro ótimo!!! Cortesias muito simpáticas. Muito boa localização. Poderia ser mais em conta pelo o que oferece. O unico problema que tive foi o contato, ou a falta de. Mandei e-mail, mensagens no Instagram, atraves do Hotels.com e fui ignorada, achei um absurdo!!"

"This is an exceptional property, beautifully restored from a sprawling 17th century Catalan farmhouse. The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. It is very much in the country and a great place to relax and disconnect, which was what we wanted from the experience. If you want a more urban experience, this is not the place for you, but we just loved it. It was stunning."
