"The property was conveniently located next to the bus station and the staff was great. The units are designed nicely, but do not have all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay to include a shower mat, water doesn’t stay warm for long, cutting knives, bottle opener, etc. For the amount asking these should be provided. If these aren’t an issue then I would highly recommend."

"We had a lovely 5 night stay. Great location, just a few minute walk away from everything. Every morning we had a great breakfast with fruit,coffee and eggs. The girls were so nice to us. Room cleaned every day. "

"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "

"We had no hot water during our entire stay and after they tried to fix it the hot water pipe burst and flooded the entire apartment. After the pipe was fixed late the next day we still didn’t have hot water, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that the owners and Expedia would allow a property and experience like ours to happen without compensation. We will never stay here again, which is shame because the neighborhood is really nice. "

"The place was in a truly disgusting state. My wife cleaned the floor with a broom when we got there which took an hour. There was hair and dirt. The shower mats were filled with hair too. There were ants as well in the kitchen area. The old man who greeted us was nice and friendly, but this place was in no condition for guests. We do not live anything like this at home, we live cleanly and expect the same from our stays. I have include a picture of the cleanup. That was only the stairs. There...

"Locally owned hotel and it’s a beautiful property! It’s in the downtown area and it is at the perfect level for everything nearby (other places are really steep). Hotel was helpful with helping me navigate parking. Make sure to go upstairs to the terraza at some point! "
