"This hotel is very convenient, the location is perfect. It is exactly opposite the Orchardz and Harris Hotel. The room with king size bed is better than the double bed room. The breakfast is not bad. The bed is comfort. Next time i’ll stay again here. "

"Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)"

"at first they wanted to put me in a smoking room which I strictly refused.I had an advanced paid booking with clearly non-smoking preference. So they upgraded me to executive room. which was ok, But later came next issue. room was okay, but no light switch worked to switch off the light at the entrance. I called for assistance starting 10.30 PM. All numbers tried: room service, housekeeping, concierge, no response. I tried again and again till 1.30 AM, finally.. at 2 AM they manage to took out...

"The room & bathroom cleanliness can be better. Upon entering room, an awful smell detected and quite dusty on most of the furniture surface. Bathroom especially the toilet bowl was in bad condition (dirty & toilet seat broken). Toiletries are complete. Staff service is good. Breakfast was below our expectations. The only thing we like is the ambience & spacious seating near the restaurant."

"Plus: Clean room, good property, free wifi, delicious breakfast, good price. Minus: Noise from karaoke room in the night, too far to reach the hotel from main road."
