"Nice Hotel and very comfortable room. Nothing much surround the hotel , but lucky the hotel provide shuttle bus to the ski resort and premium outlet so it helps us to go around and enjoy the city attraction. keep up and will definitely come back for our next Karuizawa trip.. cheers :) "

"The hotel is around 5-7 mins walking from the station. The location is also easy to find. The receiption is super helpful and nice. The room is specious with 2 beds. it is also very clean. The outlet is also within walking distance. I think this hotel is great in value. "

"I really enjoyed the stay. All staff were very nice. The free shuttle service between hotel and train station/ski center was extremely helpful and convenient. Location is good - I quite enjoyed the walk to train station and old town, ~15 mins. Room was nice and spacious. Dinner at Sonorite/A Table was very nice too. The only comment is the elevator which has a kind of shabby smell."
