"Safe "

"This was one of the best hotel I had stayed in Australia!! Station is just beside, shopping mall is just downstairs. Spacious parking and safe. If you are looking for supermarket there is a hypermart equivalent at walkable distance. 24 MacDonald is also walkable, if you drive that is like approximately 2 to 3 min away. The only down side is probably every location you go may need minimum 30min. Less Yarra which is 20min drive away! Hotel is clean, quiet and safe. Room is really big! And...

"Room was clean and tidy and also quiet. Downside was that while there was signage about no smoking there was a slight lingering smell of smoke."

"Tempatnya nyaman, walaupun agak susah mau kemana2. Ada bus tp butuh jalan yg lumayan utk ke shelter bus. Utk housekeeping, hnya mengganti handuk dgn yg bersih & buang sampah sj tp kamar tdk pernah dibersihkan. Staffnya sangat ramah. Bahkan disaat chargeran sy meledak di hr pertama, sy dipinjamkan charger selama sy menginap (thank you Neville). "

"The location is good, close to the beach and church street shops. Reception staffs were friendly although not all very efficient. However, the hotel facilities can be improved. The water temperature in shower was not stable. The mini fridge was just next to the bed and constantly making noise. There were also frequent noises from trains and traffic on the main road, which were particularly annoying in the night time. With all those noises I can’t really rest well in this place. "
