"The overall hotel is very good with nice and polite staff. Yet, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. "We stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent. Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient."

"This hotel was excellent. The location is in beautiful setting. The terrace and swimming pool overlook the mountains and are the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel was easy to find. The restaurant had excellent food and wine and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. "
