"Very convenient location "

"Loved the hotel. Beautiful clean suite with plenty of room for two people. Great location. My only bad experience was with check in. We were a little early and our room wasn’t ready. Which we understood. We were supposed to get a text/call when it was ready. We never did. Our luggage was not in our room as promised. And we had to call down to front desk three times to have our water and wine delivered. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel. Would stay there again. "

Friendly and helpful staff, answering all questions and providing help when we discovered we'd left our plug adapters at our last stop. We enjoyed our stay."
