"My stay was relaxing! The pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the food options at the Chatteres and Cool Beans cafe. Thank you Darlington, Shakespeare, Agile ,Simba and Tawanda for your wonderful service. My room was very clean thanks to Jane. The front desk staff was lovely. Thank you Takudzwa for working your magic to extend my reservation. Thanks to Rubi ,Melody and all. I am grateful to the young lady who arranged my haircut. I look forward to staying again when I return to Harare."

"Sadly, upon our arrival we were disappointed to discover that there are NO dining facilities available on the premises! For lunch or dinner we were expected to drive out of the camp and try and find a restaurant.The industrial /rural area in the vacinity . did not seem condusive to a family type of restaurant. The resort management could not give a solution and agreed that a cancellation of our booking was the best solution. "
