"The service was amazing here. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful anytime I had questions. However, I found that my room was not entirely clean, namely I found a wrapper from past guests on the floor, as well, the shower was not clean. In addition to this, the noise levels from the hallway, and rooms above and below did result in me having trouble falling asleep each night. "Old building with lot of charm and very clean! The restaurant downstairs name Bombay Karachi has the best indian food ever and taste like home cooked. The breakfast was good and i would recommend this hotel to everyone and will return! "
