"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre, la salle de bain et la cuisine étaient propres, équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, bien aménagées et confortables. L’établissement dans son ensemble est très beau et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, à environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro, ce qui rend les déplacements faciles. Personnel, particulièrement aimable et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter !"

"There was a lot of construction noise from hotel work being done during the day while I was staying. The lighting really could have been better in the room, even with all the lights on it was dim and the top bolt on my door didn't work. Overall it was a really great room, clean, large, easy to use, and a great location with the subway on the corner of the same block. Target and Whole Foods are within walking distance, as is the Brooklyn Bridge, "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. Bad service

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
