"Brilliant place to stay. Plenty of parking and for us in particular the electric car charging facilities were very useful. We arrived late and the reception is seperate from the hotel itself but the staff made us welcome and directed to our room. The facilities are faultless. We stayed overlooking the zoo and watched the wolves in the morning for at least 30mins before breakfast. Dining is seperate but again very easy use. Definitely use this location again. "Here for a masquerade ball on the Friday evening so stayed over for 2 nights. Lovely room.Very comfy and clean It did get a bit hot and we couldn't turn down the radiator. There was a QR code that you could click on to access the hotel guide.Also a section where you could agree not to have your room serviced and could choose a reward instead(drinks or snacks) I was very impressed as we didn't need our linen or towels changing.
