"Love the hotel for everything. The room is a bit small but very well organized. We can put 2 big luggage and 1 small luggage easily inside the room. The public bath is also very clean, hotel amneties are nice. The hair dryers in the public bath area are excellent, all the best and newest hair dryer. Extra pillow is nice, you can choose your own extra pillow. Location is very nice. Got 711 and lawson Not far from good food"

"各地の東横インに色々宿泊したことがありますが、正直、特にいい印象は無かったですが、今回ここは接客が最高でした。笑顔、言葉遣いはもちろん、食事に行くのに、観光客があまり行かない所をリクエストすると、私もプライベートで時々行くんですよ、と、すぐに教えてくださいました。また、朝市の海鮮丼は、の質問にも、的確にお答えいただき、結果、どれもこれも満足のいくものでした。　普段、伺っても、通り一辺倒の答えしかもらえず、観光客向けのあまり満足いくお店を教えていただけないことが多かったですが、今回対応してくださった方は、お夕飯ですか？お昼ですか？何名で？など、こちらのニーズに合ったものを、的確にお答えいただき、接客能力の高さを感じました。全国の東横インに広まることを切に願います"
