"Todo el hotel es perfecto, desde personal amable hasta limpieza, camas cómodas y el área de playa aunque reducido por la marea la han conservado muy bien. El único detalle es el estacionamiento, solo puedes pagar máximo 6 horas en el parquimetro, pero si vas a cozumel recomiendo el estacionamiento a dos cuadras del muelle de los ferrys, cobran 100 pesos todo el día si contratas alguna actividad con ellos "

"The property was really good. A step away from 5th avenue and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The building is new, the rooms are nice. The rooftop pool isn’t big but it’s adequate for the size of the building. The service was really good! The only draw back was the room had minimal ustensiles. No knives to cut, only has one glass. Overall we liked the properly and we would recommend it for the price."

"this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400 "

"The aesthetics of this room was beautiful but the functionality was lacking. Staff was super kind and warm and did what they could. Plenty of parking with security. Fridge in our room made horribly loud sound Showers did not get hot. Shower did not drain well. AC unit on or off, could not adjust anything. Only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bed was very firm. "Located in the heart of the action. Lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is well maintained and house keeping does an excellent job. Friendly staff at the front desk. Shout out to Miguel for his happy and friendly attitude. His continental breakfasts are the best. The freshest fruits and different breakfast items are set up daily. "

"Basic rooms with everything you need including a mini kitchen, pretty big fridge, plates, one pot one pan! Even a blender!!!! Was nice to not have to eat out all the time! The upstairs deck is amazing!!!!! 360o view!! It was pretty quiet considering the location close to everything.. super nice folks running it and decent price! Totally recommend! "
