"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. Rooms don't have irons, ironing boards, umbrellas or hair dryers in each room, when you...

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel and loved it. Location is amazing, walking distance to all main attractions and around the corner from a metro station. Room was very spacious and everything was perfectly clean. It was also very warm, considering that it's mid January and it's really cold outside. Check in was easy and check out even easier.
