"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and I had a really positive experience. The staff is extremely welcoming, dedicated and eager to help; it was an absolute pleasure to be cared for and guided by these wonderful people. The location was perfect and close to the main attractions of the city. The room was very clean and equipped with basic amenities, but it could use some maintenance (the floor of the shower stall was cracked and leaked water, the shower stall didn't close entirely, baseboards were...

"The hotel is very high class. A free breakfast is available and it is satisfying. The evening buffet is a very good bargain.its location is a bit outlying but cabs are available. All in all very nice."

"Vila Harmony in Sarajevo is an excellent hotel. The location is up on the side of a hill and outside of the main tourist area of the city. You can easily walk in to see the sights or take the tram. There are some excellent dining locations nearby as well. "
