"Otelin konumu şahane. Oda ferah ve temiz. Kahvaltı tam kıvamında ve ürünler hem kaliteli hem lezzetli. Resepsiyonist arkadaşlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Havalimanına gidişi otelin transferi ile yaptık. Araç şoförü de oldukça hoş sohbet ve güleryüzlüydü. Özetle, Saraybosna tatilimizi çok keyifli kılan şeylerden biri de Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo oldu. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyor ve herkese tavsiye ediyorum."

"Everything was very good, high standards, except for the restaurant. The personal at the reception was educated, very helpful and with a very good knowledge of English unlike all the places around the city. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast buffet was perfect, delicious, with good variety. But NOT the other meals. We visited twice for the evening meal, both times food was not acceptable. The meat ( grilled and fried) was cold, overcooked and not soft, we left half untouched, really...
