Only gripes were Hot tub was cold! and key cards stopped working a few times so we were trapped unable to reach the room (as each door has security floors). "

"The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy. The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus. The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package. "

"Good hotel with very good service. Food and drinks were amazing. no complains at all. if there's anything to be improved I would say the reception staff could be a little more polite. "There is a variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the deserts are particularly good. The location is good, being directly located on the beachfront promenade. The hotel itself would benefit from a refresh. Improved modern lighting, furniture and decorations in addition to improved ventilation would be recommended. This would help improve the atmosphere in the level -1 spaces."

"We had an amazing time at the Annabelle! The staff was very helpful in helping us find the perfect room for us! The only downside I would have to say, and this isn’t the hotels fault at all, is that the boardwalk gets a bit noisy early morning with workout classes, people, and birds. I’d recommend an inside facing room to try to block that out."

"The location, style, and level of service are excellent. However we had two main problems. 1. Our room was noisy. We could often hear loud noises from the rooms above and beside us. 2. The facilities were too crowded. At breakfast there was not a table for everyone. Some people had to sit outside in the cold. At the indoor pool there were not enough lockers in the changing room and not enough loungers for everyone to sit in. Sauna and hot tub were filled to capacity."
