"Well looked after ahead of the Bath Half Marathon. We were able to get a late check out if 2pm, which meant I could come back for a shower after the run Staff were very helpful."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"Good hotel with excellent restaurant for lunch and evening meal however breakfast was continental only. Pastries and croissants were not fresh and on the hard side on both mornings. A coffee machine would be a welcome addition rather than instant sachets. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Good telly signal. Good Wi-Fi. Fridge. Windows did not close properly so you could hear the weir but that did not bother us at all. Great views out of windows. This hotel is not for guests with mobility...

"Came for an event and chose this hotel for its location. Had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly but not always very well organised. Didn’t love that the bar and the reception were the same. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. "

"We went to have dinner at the fine dining side. It was incredibly long, to eat a appetiser and main it took 3 hours and we gave up on desert. Something wrong in the organisation . "

"Hotel is very nice, breakfast is average (not buffet style, order at table and not great for price) What disappointed us was that we were basically chased out of the parking lot - we had left the car there for 1 hour post checkout and got calls and voicemails asking to move it as guests were due imminently. We rushed to move the car, and when we did the whole parking lot was empty. We were there with a 4 month old baby, would have cost them nothing to leave us in peace given there was no actual...
