"I really dissapoonted with the hotel service. Many times i ask to open my door room because key was not working. Breakfast dirty, too many flies and brownie was moldy and not fresh. No soap provide after 1 day. I stay here 1week, but no correction. Elevator not working, no repair/maintenance. 1 week up and down by stair 👎 I really not recommended to stay here"

"It’s a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so helpful and warm. The seafood lagoon is a must! The food is amazing!! The flavors and quality were outstanding. The lounge area is great to meet fry and watch the evening entertainment with a drink. However, beverages and tea here can be a bit pricey. "

"Top-notch service! Its the best view of all hotels in Ella! The service is just amazing, Priyantha Takshila and the crew helped us with everything! So warm and friendly! We had some questions and then we got upgradedto the suite ith private jacuzzi and it made our trip even more amazing. They arrenged spa visit, helped with smart planning and schedule and also gave that "extra care and attention" that is hard to find now a days!"

"Enjoyed our time at Terrence Green Hotel Spa. We stayed the one night however, was able to enjoy a slower morning with breakfast and coffee at Salt Restaurant on main floor and even squeezed in a 30 minute foot massage in rooftop Spa Secret. Excellent service from the staff. Only feedback would be the hair dryer not working and air conditioner turned off every 5 minutes which led to a very humid and warm room."
