"Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, gutes Bad. Super freundlicher Service und kompetente Hilfe. Frühstück simpel aber in Ordnung. Super zu erreichen. Wer ruhiger schlafen möchte, sollte ein Zimmer nach vorne raus buchen, weil auf der Rückseite der Highway vorbei geht. Leider war eine Nachtbaustelle auf der Straße direkt vor der Tür, als wir da waren. Das hat ein bisschen genervt, ist aber nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Grundsätzlich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. "

"There was initial confusion at check-in over whether they had a baby crib available like Expedia said they did… It was upsetting at first and the desk staff was apologetic, telling us “that’s what happens when you book through third party app”…. Anyways— Happy to say they did up finding one for us (apparently they were tucked away). So overall I would say the desk staff was helpful. Besides the initial confusion, it was a fine stay. The room was clean enough and the beds comfortable....

"We had a large group which could have posed an inconvenience to the staff. On the contrary, our concierge was beyond accommodating and friendly. The facilities weren’t super fancy but it’s Redding not the Riviera; the place was clean and just fine for what we needed."

"I rented a room for my 8 year old daughters birthday, for the sole purpose to take her swimming at the only place in red bluff with an indoor pool. It was close our whole stay, very disappointing!"

"I made a mistake with my reservation. Expedia was not able to help me, so I contacted the property directly and spoke with the manager, Kari. She was wonderful and adjusted my reservation personally. All ended well because of Kari!"
