"Exactly what I’m looking for in a hotel. "

"The first room on the second floor had 2 issues. The sliding door wouldn't lock and the AC wouldn't shut off or regulate. They moved us to another first floor room. In that room, the shower wouldn't stop dripping and both LED reading lights were not working. Not worth changing rooms again. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. Patio door was nice to have. Breakfast was great! Room doors rattle when others slam their doors. I put the do not disturb sign in door jamb to solve it....

"little upsetting the indoor pool wasn't open yet but understandable as it was being remodeled. the vending machines weren't working on any level. we also weren't able to purchase the souvenir cups late in the evening, so we had to drive over to the gas station for drinks. The headboards to the beds need a serious wipe down. our room could have used a serious dusting "

If you are debatinb between a cabin inthe mountains or being in downtown Gatlinburg, then this place is the place to be if you want easy shopping, dining, and bar/whiskey access. This hotel also has great amenities for both couples and children. Great pool, both indoor and outdoor along with a hot tub. Delicious breakfast options (for a fee), clean & large rooms, amazing bathroom amenities, and wonderful staff is a great highlight! Let's not forget about...
