"This was a good hotel for a short one nignt stay after a Broadway show. The only drawback was the extremely loud radiator that would make an array of sounds for several minutes, multiple times in the night. Otherwise, it was clean and the staff were pleasant!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number. After an hour wait in a room that was actually colder than next to...

We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."

"Good location to walk down 42nd St and be at the southern tip of Times Square or along 8th Ave for great theater. Front desk was solid, in hotel store was really well stocked. In house restaurants were closed from 10:00 ish to 5:00 ish. I loved the in room water bottles supplied daily. "
