"We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Hotel was Very clean, everyone was friendly and it was a great location close enough to Times Square to walk. Loved the fridge, stove & microwave combo and kitchen even came with pots and silverware, cups and plates. It was like home away from home. We will be back!!!!"

"Great location, short walk to several subway lines. Lots of room (and kitchen!) for the price. Quiet street. Only complaint is the radiator in the main room didn't work, and the one in the master bedroom hissed all night long as if it was leaking. But it couldn't be turned off as it was warming the entire apartment. Told the front desk, but was not fixed and was blamed on city steam system. This wouldn't be an issue if you visited in the warmer months."

"Overall a good option for the price. Great location. The address is deceiving because the entrance is not on First Ave., it's on 9th Street. It is a walk up and we stayed on the third floor which wasn't too bad even with my bad knees but I would have had a difficult time if we were on a higher floor. Our room was a corner unit and was cold, it was about 15° outside that night, and the heater was wonky. Communication with management was great. I had to call to get a cot removed from the room...
