"My husband and I booked this BW hotel in the vicinity of both UCLA where my son is a student and West LA where my daughter lives and works. We could not have been happier with the level of service we received. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the shower head in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately. The staff was kind and made us feel comfortably welcome, answering all our questions and asking if there was anything else they could do for us. We aren’t used to...

"Friendly staff, decent brrakfast, plenty of parking, felt safe. Only bummer was thr gurst laundry facilities were both not working but otherwise, i would definitely stay there again."
