"The hotel is in a fabulous location for the experience of Times Square. The facilities were clean, well presented and staff were friendly. The room lacked easily accessible information for room service if you needed something before your day starts or late night once back. Overall a great property and location."

"It’s very nice good spacious room very close to everything only thing the room is grand I love the little bed next to the king size bed and my view But the toilet is a little out dated not the hotel just my preference everything new and great aesthetic should have a new toilet as well And Wi-Fi there is no Wi-Fi unless your a Marriott member which if you stay at Marriotts through out the year great but myself that only stays onde in a blue doesn’t really interest me "

"Easy for someone restricted to a wheelchair to get in and around the property and rooms. All of the staff was super helpful to my elderly family member. They went out of their way to make sure he had everything he needed and was comfortable during his stay. "
