"Really nice building and location. Easy check in and access to our room. The room could have been a little better cleaned but otherwise it was really nice, comfortable bed, kitchenette, good amenities. We didn’t receive a “perk” we were promised when I reserved with Expedia but that wasn’t something the 3rd party Kasa could help us with unfortunately. Overall a good stay, would stay again. "

"Directions for access were very well detailed and made check in super easy. The unit was nice but there was no tv in the bedroom which was disappointing. The blinds, while black were completely see through giving very little privacy. One of the lamps in the bedroom was not working "

"Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout time as requested. And there's no peephole. "

"Stayed for one night while in Denver. Very nice property, super clean. Easy instructions to follow and street parking was very easy. The two bedroom we stayed in didn’t have full walls in the bedrooms- the walls went most of the way to the ceiling but had gap of several feet at the top which is just good to know. Common space small but functional. "
