"The Chicago Hilton is perfectly situated for travelers, which walking access to Grant Park, the Red Bus stop right outside the hotel for a full sightseeing experience and proxmity to dining options. The staff was attentive, gracious and even allowed us to check in early after a long flight. The rooms are well maintained and clean and the hotel granted us $18 in laundry credits per day plus $10 in meal credits each day too. Outstanding service and attention to hotel guest needs. "Elegant vintage hotel just off Michigan Avenue and overlooking the lake. Convenient to shopping, dining, parks, nightlife and popular tourism attractions. Many of the staff members are longtime employees and they take great care of the guests. Overall, a warm, welcoming vibe in an historic hotel. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. It was within walking distance to the FMC Natatorium which was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful and catered to all our needs. As we walked a lot, it would be nice to have a sidewalk from the hotel to the main road. The food at the restaurant was always amazing. "
