"The location is awesome right off south street seaport beautiful views just a few short blocks away. Trains were about a 10 min walk, parking at night at 10pm free usually lots of spots, also a separate parking garage across street was great if needed. Laundry mat access was very useful and easy access, we stayed as a family of 6 in a 4 bedroom gourmet was awesome. Definitely recommend for large families and or couples. "

"Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant. "

"The place looks better in the pictures. Some of the furniture was worn, and the cleaning wasn’t up to the highest standard either. All of the towels showed signs of use and had some stains. "The room was well kept and the toiletries were complete. The shower space is a little too small though but there was a lot of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The dispenser pump of the shampoo was defective though. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to requests for assistance such as cleaning arrangements. "Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful."

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
