"The communications that I received before I ever got to the hotel were clear and very informative. The room was incredibly comfortable and very well maintained. Even though the building does not have an in-house reception I was able to get help for an issue I was having within a couple of minutes. Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time and definitely the best I've had on this 6 country, 12 city tour. "

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Communication was seamless – responses were quick, and it was always easy to get in touch. The location is easy to find, and they provide detailed instructions for everything. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and towels were replaced every two days. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it!👍"

"Very nice place and excellent location. Shower could use a curtain or something to block the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom but pretty minor criticism. Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling! I only did it once but it was enough not to do it again :) "

"Al apartamento está bien equipado, aunque no tiene lavavajillas. Muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos caminando del centro, y cercano al centro comercial Solaris donde hay restaurantes, tiendas y supermercado. El cambio de toallas se hace cada 3 días "
