"Your upkeep and maintenance is superbe. I was extremely surprised at the quality of my room and the over all property. There seemed to be a few items on the common floor that were left for more than a day. One item was a child's sock. Another was some trash outside. Breakfast is bland- your sausage patties have a lot to be desired. Maybe change it up every other day? Yes, I would go back, but not for the breakfast."
