The hotel had provided excellent customer service, I had now issues and all my needs were met I especially enjoyed the array of breakfast items to choose from. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hilton Garden Inn Serangoon."

"Upgraded to villa room which was huge and had a big balcony area and hot tub. Bedroom was also huge although bizarrely for a high end hotel, power points were only provided one side of the bed. The lights and blinds are all 'smart' but the switches don't work properly and so can be a bit frustrating. The hot tub had to be cleaned daily as had no cover and kept getting black bits in. Also, it never got above 29 degrees, so wasn't hot. TV is smart but casting just doesn't work at all and the other...

"If you plan ahead this is a good bang for your buck. We had the three twin beds room. The air conditioner worked great. The beds were very comfortable. I brought my own shampoo bar, conditioner bar and bar of soap. Bring face cloths/hand towels with you and you will have what you need if you just want a nice place to stay while you explore the city. This is not a resort. It is a hotel. We were very pleased. "
