"This is a difficult time of year to stay when I wish all workers had time for their families. It’s the holidays so take with a grain of salt. The amenities aren’t always available when we stay; coffee shop was not open, the bar, and we couldn’t use our drink tickets. I’m sure this is because of the holidays and staffing is tight.
