"We enjoyed this property. We did not have to interact with any staff. We were sent all instructions 3 days before and had no issues with codes or communication. The construction around property was difficult to maneuver around but in time that will pass. Room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay there again."

"The building could use some updates, which it appeared they were doing work in some rooms while we were there. Carpet on the main floor was nasty, but our floor and room was much nicer. We booked the Exec room with a queen bed and ended up with 2 beds which was great, but the room didn’t have a safe. Asked the front desk, and they didn’t have one for us so that was disappointing as it was listed as part of the room. "Great property for our Disney trip"

"It was really nice because there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queens and one with a king bed). The room with the queens had a full bathroom across a small hallway and the king room had a nice en-suite with an additional jacuzzi tub along with the shower. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed. It’s close to a phenomenal amusement park called Fun Spot plus it’s across the street from a grocery store. "The property managers communicated very well. The property is right in the heart of international Blvd and close to all parks and food. The bed in this unit is extremely soft and plush. There is a laundry a facility immediately across the hallway that made it easy to travel home with clean clothes**we left the next guest laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets under the sink in the unit since there weren’t any** Definitely an easy stay!! Would recommend."

"I have been going to Vista Cay for the last 3 years. We usually stay away from the roads, this time we were near the main drag and it was loud. Sounded like cars racing all night. Also had an issue with the neighbors, they were out with their young kids til 1 am, parents partying extremely loud. We called front desk to remedy situation, however nothing was done. I have never felt so sleep deprived on vacation like I was this last visit. "

"Once qe got to the hotel it was good until these kids decided to try to kick the door in and broke the top lock off. Then to turn around and do it again after they fixed the lock. The night manager i don't think believed it's but he sent security to look around the complex. Then i spoke with the dayshift manager and she was awesome she took care of us and moved us rooms so that it wouldnt happen again. Other than that it was a great stay. "

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."
