"The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance."

"Quiet and simple , recommendation for future is to install a powder room ( a quick accesible toilet and lavabo and the best location is besides the laundry room and the air conditioner is too cold 72-74 degrees works good and saves energy on his pocket. I work in jungles and the subartic tundra to me one good coffe that doesn’t freeze in 2 minutes is good condition "

"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. "We stayed three nights here. It is close to the Everglades and restaurants were not too far away. The bed was really comfortable. Decor is lovely. I liked being a quiet neighborhood rather than a big hotel. It was SUPER clean which we appreciated. Down side is the walls are thin and the water pressure was super low. It is a nice set up for two people. "
