"The staff called me two days before to see I needed anything and called in the morning of arrival and asked if I needed anything. Quick easy check in. Master bedroom has a huge bathroom with a large deep soaking tub plus a shower stall. Great furniture. Working kitchen. Great value for the $$$$"

"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. "Perfect stay for us. Close to places we needed and wanted to go. Dining and shopping all around close by. Facility is nice and new. Staff was very friendly and took care of needs when they presented themselves. Space is nice and roomy with a kitchenette, dining, living space and a good size bedroom. Least favorite part was lower water pressure in shower and not a great shower head, but overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend and would stay there again!"

"We were there for Daytona 500 week. The facility is aged. Look in corners of bathroom, there's black debris like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly. The 1st day we went to use safe, tested it and worked fine. Put our stuff in safe, locked, then it started beeping weakly and it wouldn't let us put in code. "Property was beautiful and just like in the pictures close places to dine at and shop housekeeping staff was excellent however front desk management staff was not… Ended up paying $230 more than what we were quoted when we did our reservation needless to say it was beyond frustrating And I’ve never had that happen before.My husband was equally upset had issues with room keys etc. "
