"Property location was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated though. The rooms are big, clean, and well stocked with amenities. Great place for families (I went solo). My only gripes are that the tv system was down for two days during my three day stay and proximity of the parking spots, if not immediately outside the hotel, were a bit of a walk if bringing a lot of items with you. "The condo is within walkable distance to restaurants and to the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino. Short drive to near ski areas. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Highly recommendable if you plan to visit north Lake Tahoe."

"This property is historical and quaint, it was where the Olympic athletes stayed for the 1960 Olympics. It was a bit tricky trying to find where the front office was, but we loved the location. The woman at the front desk was great and so helpful. We were so pleased that we had bikes available on site for our use. Walking to the main Ski Area was easy. It is showing some age on the outside, but the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, including warm robes."
