"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"We were a family with young children and stayed at Villa B, which was a standalone 3-floor loft-style apartment. It worked really well for us - bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom (including bathtub, washing machine and heater for clothes drying). The second "storey" was a small but well-equipped kitchenette, with a seating area. On the third "storey" was a loft with two sets of futons available. Villa A is closest to the road so we did hear the occasional vehicle passing by...

"自然の中で素敵な時間を過ごせました。"

"北館を利用させてもらいした。荷物搬入用の駐車スペースは入口は狭いものの自分的には問題無しでした（車種はハリアー）しかし南館併設の駐車場はすごくわかりにくい。日が落ちるタイミングだったので見辛く何度も通り過ぎてしまい周辺をグルグル周りながらなんとか辿り着きました。北館にも駐車スペースが確保できたら完璧だったと思います。そんなことより家族は大変満足しておりここの系列の他のとこも行ってみたいと言ってます。また利用したい施設になりました。 1個気になったのは部屋に大量の殺虫剤があり、虫が多い時期に来たらちょっと大変そうだなって思いました。"

"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"Staying at Lake Villa Kawaguchiko has been amazing. You can easily get best view of Mt.Fuji from the villa or short walk from the villa. The only minus is the surrounding area are a bit far if you need to buy daily necessities. But in overall it’s a great stay. P.S: make sure you use their onsen."

"在河口湖車站旁，走路1-2分鐘可到，行李還能免費寄放，真是太方便了。一走出就能看見巨大的富士山，清晨起來拍照還能再睡回籠覺，不過因為在鐵路和道路旁，有一些雜音，隔音還行。房間設備很齊全，浴廁分離，空間也很大，整體來說是很不錯的住宿。"

"104号は縦列駐車になっていて普通自動車だとバックでしか停めれない、前の道が狭く、Uターンしバックで左側からしか入れない。でも慣れれば大丈夫でした。部屋の中は綺麗。1階にシャワー室のみあり良かった。 1家族9人、犬二匹での宿泊で、ホテル、旅館みたいに顔を合わせることがなく気を使う事がないので良かった。"

"Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge. "
