"Very Bad Experience, dusty room,stinky room, cockroach everywhere in room. Bad service. Wont come back again"

"Chambres très propres et spacieuses mais couloirs assez sales. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé, distance de marche des restaurants. Navette gratuite pour aller au Premium outlet et au téléphérique."

"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "

"The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby. "

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

"Super rude staff. Check in process makes no sense. Would not recommend. Nowhere near a 4 star hotel. "

"Called number of timea. The host took call twice and said simeone will call . Called back 9 times and waited 90 minutes with family than had to drive back KL. Extrelemly disappointed "

"We enjoy the space of the property. The amenities provided can be better, for example, dish washing was given as hand soap and no hand towels in the toilet."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!"

"Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. While i understand it is against the hotel policy, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more understanding given the circumstance."
