"The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?' The answer is Yes."

"Nice property and good location. We stayed on the ground floor and about 2.30am the neighbors above entered. It sounded like they were moving in for the next 90 minutes. We heard every step and other.....unfortunately we did mot get much sleep due to that and the Friday night street noise."

"Kasa downtown Austin was like a home away from home. It offered comfort, location, and all the basic necessities we needed for every trip. The electronic access but quick and timely responsiveness of services are awesome and definitely noteworthy. I will definitely stay here again in a couple of weeks and whenever we visit Austin. "

We had one question which was answered via a text almost instantly even though it was late in the evening. The 'check-in' process might seem daunting but just read it through and it works perfectly. "Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. "

"Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"I loved my stay at Barsala At The Flats at Shadow Glen. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and gas stations and only 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is gated and safe and quiet. Loved the room. It was very clean with nice decor. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again. "

"The pool was not heated like advertised. Which was disappointing. There was also a fire alarm that went off at 845 in the morning which I am assuming was a false one since we were able to go back in about 15 mins later. "
