"The property was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were satisfactory, but certainly nothing extra including hand soap, pot holders, baking sheet so I had to purchase a few necessities. I thought it would be important to rent a house through Margaritaville resort in order to use a resort amenities, but honestly never wanted to leave the house to go to the main resort anyway. Waited in line at the front desk about 35 minutes to ask about the waterpark vouchers only to...

"The property was as described and depicted in the pictures. We had a pleasant stay with the family."

"We needed to stay for two days til our flight. I was really impressed with the grounds worker, he was constantly working and keeping the property spotless. The pool area was nice and I loved the screened in porch in the back of our unit."

"A spacious and nice apartment with a patio. However, the kitchen equipment was a bit worn, for example the fan was substandard and the lighting was broken. Had to drive to the pool areas where unfortunately there were a lot of people and quite lively in the pool."

"We had a lovely time at the Bahama Bat Resort. The unit was lovely and perfect for our family. The pools were clean and pleasant. Wasn’t too busy that we felt crowded. When we had any issues the staff was very attentive and responded right away. We can’t wait to come back next year. "

"The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance."

"Overall a great stay. Other people are loud at night in upstairs condos but that’s to be expected. The pool area was great. The store on property was very helpful and well priced. They also have good pizza. My only complaint would be no storage in kids room. We had 4 kids with no place to put clothes. "

"The grove has good amenities. It would be nice to see them start to do some upgrades to the rooms and hallways. They are starting to show their age. The place did what it needed too, offered us a place to sleep, place to eat a few meals in our room to save some money and pools to lounge during the day. Would we return? Undecided at this point but probably would if they started to modernize the rooms a bit more. "
