"Great location, nice / helpful staff, and clean all around with updated bathroom. Very peaceful stay, nice staff & people staying were quiet & respectful. Great value and will definitely stay again. 1 min drive away from Univ of Buffalo north campus which we were touring and close to highway etc. Short drive to stores / restaurants but that was fine. Breakfast was fine / quick type but worked well for us to grab / self serve type which we preferred over waiting for slow wait staff...

"The staff was really friendly & helpful. The free breakfast had a nice selection and the food was fresh. Common areas, room and pool areas were clean. Having a kitchenet was a plus. Nice having the laundry area to dry wet bathing suits. Would have liked having local menus in the room along with a pen & pad of paper but it's really no big deal. It was our first time there but will return again. Thanks to the entire staff that we came in contact with. "
