"We checked in around 1 pm with very helpful desk professional named, Jada. She explained their policies, on site services etc. we asked for her recommendations for dinner within walking distance preferable. She asked what type of entrees we like? Steak and seafood. She said the Ox, steakhouse was walkable, seafood restaurant was not. We ate at the Ox. Waitress said it used to b a “bank vault”. Good food, excellent service."

"Breakfast is awful, the eggs are severely overcooked and bitter. Potatoes really dry and taste of nothing. Orange slices were dry and tasteless. The doors are really loud from other rooms on floor 5. Room is very nice though, clean warm and the bathroom is set up well."
