"The property is 15 mins walk uphill from the Queenstown city center. Room is clean but no kitchen counter top to use with a microwave that is not working. The room is also pretty small. The bed is comfortable and shower is good. Ample towels and toilet paper for our stay. Parking is free which is a plus. Overall did not feel much different for a VIP access hotel. "

"Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. We brought it up to house keeping and the front desk and the said they would see what they could do. But nothing ever got...

"The property is conveniently located for walking around the center of town but felt rather run down. We had plenty of space in the unit we had for the 3 of us (no shortage of beds), but I was concerned that there might be mold in the carpets. I'm glad our stay was limited to a single night."

"Very nice employees. Was always willing to help. We accidentally left our rental car head lights on all night and in the morning the battery died. The receptionist not only helped us jumpstart the car but had the patience to help figure out how(we had a hybrid rental none of us knew how). Location of the hotel worked best for us as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the South Island. All in all great stay 10/10"
