"Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. Plus a full kitchen. Will definitely recommend to family/friends. Would love to stay here again. "

"I loved everything parking could be a bit better I had a wonderful stay your staff was extremely helpful and kind I was also surprised by the menu options as I got in late and was very hungry I wanted a ham sandwich and was told you don’t have ham that struck me as odd outside of that everything was fantastic "
